Tungsten alloy counterweights are high-performance functional materials composed primarily of tungsten (85%-99%) with additions of nickel, iron, copper and other elements. Manufactured through metal injection molding (MIM) or traditional powder metallurgy processes, these materials exhibit high density, exceptional strength, and compact size. As critical components in balancing systems, tungsten alloy counterweights effectively optimize weight distribution, reduce vibration and mechanical stress, and enhance operational stability and precision.

High Density Characteristics: Density ranges from 16.5-18.75 g/cm³, up to 19.0 g/cm³ maximum, more than twice the density of steel, enabling maximum counterweight effect in limited spaces.

Outstanding Mechanical Properties: As-sintered tensile strength of 800-1000 MPa, increasing to 1300-1500 MPa after heat treatment and deformation processing. Elongation reaches 10%-15% in as-sintered state and improves to 20%-30% after treatment.

Excellent Environmental Adaptability: Superior corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, validated by salt spray tests showing no rust after 3000 hours in simulated marine environments. Low thermal expansion coefficient (4-6*10⁻⁶/℃) with thermal conductivity five times that of die steel.

Machining Friendly: Supports various machining operations including turning, milling, planing, threading and tapping, as well as large deformation strengthening treatments such as rolling, swaging and forging.

Eco-Safe: Non-toxic and pollution-free, compliant with international environmental standards, making it an ideal replacement for toxic materials like lead.
